Slow-fermented for flavour, texture, and keeping quality, this artisan-style loaf is made with a long fermentation process that allows the dough to fully develop before baking. The result is a beautifully balanced loaf with a crisp crust, an airy yet satisfying crumb, and a depth of flavour you simply can’t rush.
Unlike sourdough, this loaf has no tanginess — just the comforting taste of well-made bread with subtle complexity and a clean finish. It’s versatile enough for toast, sandwiches, soups, or simply tearing into while still warm.
Each loaf is baked fresh in small batches and weighs approximately 650g after baking. Sold whole and unsliced for maximum freshness.
Storage & Freezing: This loaf freezes beautifully whole. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. For a freshly baked texture and that crispy crust, place in a preheated 400°F oven for 5–10 minutes (or maximum 5 minutes in an air fryer oven on the bake setting) before slicing.
