Refund & Returns Policy

At MashMade Bakes, every item is prepared fresh in small batches and made with care. Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, we have the following refund, cancellation, and pickup policies in place.

Returns

Due to food safety regulations and the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has left our care or has been picked up/delivered.

Returned food items cannot be restocked or resold.

Order Cancellations

We understand that plans change. Cancellation requests must be submitted within the following timeframes:

  • 48 hours or more before pickup/delivery: Full refund
  • 24–48 hours before pickup/delivery: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours before pickup/delivery: Non-refundable

Custom orders, large catering orders, or specialty items may be subject to different cancellation terms communicated at the time of ordering.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be considered if:

  • the wrong item was provided,
  • an item is missing from the order,
  • or there is a significant quality issue directly related to preparation.

To request assistance, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup/delivery and include:

  • your order number,
  • a description of the issue,
  • and photos if applicable.

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Pickup Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are transported and stored safely after pickup.

We are not responsible for damage caused after an order leaves our care, including:

  • improper transportation,
  • exposure to heat,
  • delayed refrigeration,
  • or mishandling.

No-Show or Late Pickups

Orders not picked up during the scheduled pickup window may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.

Allergies & Dietary Information

Our kitchen handles common allergens including, but not limited to:

  • wheat,
  • peanuts,
  • tree nuts,
  • sesame,
  • chocolate,
  • and soy.

While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee any product is completely allergen-free.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and notifying us of allergies before placing an order.
