Welcome to MashMade Bakes. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our website, social media, email, or direct communication with MashMade Bakes.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Products & Availability
All products are handmade in small batches. Because of this:
- Product appearance may vary slightly from photos.
- Availability is limited and may change without notice.
- We reserve the right to substitute minor decorative elements or ingredients when necessary, while maintaining overall quality and flavor.
We do our best to accurately describe all products, ingredients, and sizes.
3. Allergens & Food Safety
Our kitchen handles common allergens including, but not limited to:
- Wheat
- Gluten
- Soy
- Tree nuts
- Peanuts
- Sesame
- Chocolate
While precautions are taken, we cannot guarantee any product is completely free from cross-contact allergens.
Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary concerns before ordering.
Once products leave our possession, we are not responsible for improper handling, storage, transportation, or consumption.
4. Ordering & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed upon.
Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Because all products are made to order, cancellations and refunds are limited.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup date/time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup date/time are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable.
Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of baked goods:
- No refunds will be issued once products have left our care or have been picked up/delivered.
- Refunds or replacements may be considered only in cases where an order was incorrect due to our error.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and order details.

6. Pickup Policy
Customers are responsible for arriving during the designated pickup window.
If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.
We are not responsible for damage occurring after pickup, including damage caused during transportation, weather exposure, or improper storage.
7. Storage & Freshness
Our products are best enjoyed fresh.
Storage instructions may be provided for certain items. Customers are responsible for following recommended storage and reheating instructions.
Freezing recommendations, where provided, are for convenience only and may slightly affect texture or freshness.
8. Custom Orders
Custom and specialty orders may require additional lead time and communication.
By approving a custom order, you acknowledge that minor artistic variations may occur.
Custom orders may require non-refundable deposits.
9. Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Applicable taxes will be added where required by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MashMade Bakes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or consumption of our products.
11. Privacy
Customer information is used solely for order fulfillment, communication, and business operations. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required to process payments or comply with legal obligations.
